Return and refund policy

To initiate a return and refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within the 14-day return window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the product with all its original components and labels.
  3. Include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice inside the package.
  4. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package back to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds:
